Embracing Professionalism: How My Trans+ Identity Complements, But Doesn't Define, My Role as a Gender Diversity Consultant and Speaker



As a gender diversity consultant and speaker, my professional journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, from corporate leadership in the technology sector to chairperson on regional and national boards. These roles have provided me with invaluable insights into the complexities of gender diversity and the multifaceted nature of inclusion.


My journey in advocating for gender diversity began long before I identified as transgender. As a technology executive and board chairperson, I learned to challenge gender disparities and advocate for women's advancement in male-dominated industries. This early experience laid the foundation for my later work in championing gender diversity for LGBTQ+ individuals.
