At The Inclusion Collective, we offer two tailored mentoring experiences designed to meet leaders where they are and guide them toward where they want to go.

Whether you're an emerging talent ready to step forward or an executive seeking to deepen your inclusive leadership, our programmes create a safe, non-judgemental space for personal and professional growth. Mentorship with Cynthia Fortlage is not a one-size-fits-all model—it's an intentional, relationship-based journey built on trust, lived experience, and insight.

Our Two Mentorship Offerings:

Step Forward
A sponsored mentoring experience for early- and mid-career women and LGBTQ+ professionals who are ready to grow, define their path, and build toward leadership. This programme is offered to individuals through employer sponsorship or external funding.

Inclusive Leadership Mentoring
A bespoke executive mentoring programme for senior leaders, board members, and founders committed to leading with clarity, inclusion, and courage. This high-trust relationship supports deeper reflection, stronger influence, and a more sustainable leadership legacy.

Both programmes include ongoing support, confidential space for honest questions, and a flexible approach that adapts to each leader’s unique goals and pace.
