You may be aware that I spent over 30 years in technology, with the last twenty years serving as Vice President/Chief Information Officer at a midsize firm in Canada. My journey in Diversity began after this extensive career.
While at the executive table, I encountered challenges familiar to many women. Following my transition, I discovered the need for a male ally to ensure my voice was heard—a surprising and enlightening realisation.
